How bad can it go?

I heard one interesting idea that if you take care of yourself and your responsibilities you start to have success, then you will add more, otherwise, if you start to fail then things will go even worst. In any moments of triumph or not, its wise to ask yourself what I did wrong or maybe what I did before that brought me here. Understanding that we can start changing the road we go. Human beings are overcomplicated systems that can be programmed or modified in the good or bad way. From late times we have incorporated chaos and order in our life. The tricky part is that we were born with the chaos side in us and it is pretty intense because we lived in a hazardous and chaotic environment, our ancestors passed thru hell to start making the order. So, watching everything that happens around us, we can observe that now we live a more significant order that it was even 20 years ago. For that keeping going many civilizations make an effort to keep this world in order. For you to have access to medicine, school, internet, food, job, house, everything you use daily.

Did you ask yourself what your role in that is?

Are you just a consumer or a contributor? If you are just a consumer than you go by the river and is nothing wrong in that, but on that path is much easier to start going bad. You overspend, over-consume, etc. If you assume the role of a contributor than you begin planning and try to find ways to improve your life and the environment you live if you do that more often than you start to be a better contributor and will begin to enhance. You need to start small, add your backpack, table, room, home in order, and scale it as much as you can. But, don’t go from big to small, its impossible, the most significant changes start when you go first with yourself if you can change yourself than you can change others.

If you still think how bad can it go? Look what happened in history when sick people were ruling the country, people with unsolved personal problems that scaled at the national level. You bring daily in this world your true nature, no matter how hard you try to cover it. It goes outside as sun comes each morning. Keep it going, its hard, but it deserves the effort for your inner future self and family.

Waiters or Doers

The funny fact is that everything created in this world was made by people. More precisely people like us, maybe smarter, perhaps more experienced, but they started at one moment when they were non-experienced and stupid.

It’s not a wrong fact to understand that you know less than someone. In the beginning, you can be upset, but this should be a motivation. The best is to compare yourself with you yesterday, or the last week, month, year. Its a competition between you and you. Other people should be an example for you that if you work, study and train you could achieve the same. So in this situation why we separate people into waiters and doers?

In my opinion, the doers understand the fact that the only measure it’s yours, and you should compete with yourself. They will measure their time and appreciate each effort as an act of obtaining something or procrastinating.

The waiters, on the other part, they blame others for their mistakes without being willing to learn and understand where is the opportunity.

Another funny fact is that we play both games. There is no clean ”doer” or ”waiter” we wear both hats. Important is to align your ”doer” personality with your priority list and your ”waiter” with your holidays time.

Please be conscious that you can choose and play the game you want.

Being true to yourself

What do you want and when do you want that, are the essential questions that we need to answer to ourselves.

True, means clear as mountain water, sincere as a child and fresh as the nature in the spring.

Most of our problems are related to our behaviors and the way we act. They depend on our genes, demographics, and history, but with the help of our will, we can change anything.

The fundament is being sincere to yourself. Here we start and here we will discover the pain. The unlistened opinions of our conscience that we ignored for years.

I believe in one rule that is archetypal for our lives, that nothing disappears without leaving a sign. Look at your scars what they tell you? Which feelings did you ignored, and most important, why?

Start now, speak, listen, change, act and behave like you have only one life to live because you have only one.

When was your first day?

Do you remember that day when you first start doing something at:
–work
–home
–school
–university
–etc.
How did you feel? I still remember that feeling of insecurity and trying not to be awkward, did you experience the same? The most significant discovery for me was when I understood that all people were beginners someday. The experience is what makes the difference between a beginner and a professional. Until the moment you learn to push the things through the feelings of uncertainty it’s hard to achieve the self-esteem that gives you the power to succeed.

The next time when you hesitate, choose to explore the new experiences and push yourself through insecurities.
