Career challenges

Are you pursuing a career or thinking to choose one?

At some point its good to ask yourself next questions:
– The country I live gives me enough opportunities to grow to the maximum career level I want?
– Do I have a career or a job? I understand the differences?
– If I go to my work and I can’t expect the hour to get out of there, then I may think I have a job. If I am dreaming and in my dreams, I find solutions to my daily challenges, then that could be a career. 🙂
– How many biographies did you read?
– Who are your mentors? Digital and real ones?
– What challenges do you face on time and people management?
– Do you understand that any technical skills can be learned and leadership skills should be practiced with care and empathy?
– People go first; it’s a statement that needs to be in front of all the challenges.
– We rely on the team, and we face all the problems together.
– In the end, if our project doesn’t make money, then we should revise all our strategies and start another project.

Difficulties in getting things done

A lot of books says that action is more important than dreaming, but why a lot of people have difficulties in getting things done is still a secret for me. What I discovered during the years is that action is a mood and a choice we adopt. ”Action” is like getting in the shower, you know that you are dirty, but you are not dreaming become cleaner, you get your ass in the shower and turn the water on.

You cant get from point A to point B if you are not walking, there is no magic in real life, you could have some luck but it’s not guaranteed. The easy way is to start small and be persistent. The magic isn’t to be perfect because perfectionism is one of the biggest things that stop us from getting things done. If a baby knew that he cannot walk and talk than they will never learn it.

If you have a baby you can observe that in one day they can fall by 300 times, trying to keep balance.

What about you? When you tried something for 300 times a day?

Even Bruce Lee practiced one punch for 1 000 times a day because he knew that practice makes it perfect, not otherwise.

If you are in doubt and don’t know what to do, start small with what you know. It shouldn’t be perfect and you should only listen to the opinions of people that believe in you, at least for the first 300 days. I face the same doubt and lack of trust as you do, but there are no short ways and there is no perfect path for us, we should build it from the scratch.

When you want to live a perfect version of yourself you need to fall often, at least 300 times per day.
