Damn, sometimes I want so hard to be a kid again

You ever felt lost in multitasking or overworking? I speak now about situations when you have tons of task at the same time. You start feeling lost with the first sign of tiredness. At that moment stop and look around, find a happy person and remember yourself being happy. Take a deep breath and speak to yourself that everything will be fine and you will deal with all the things.

Another thing that could help, look at your hands, do you ever thought how they work together and never get mixed? Go with the flow and always do your best, even if you are on your bad days. All of us have bad days, the difference between a professional and average worker its how they deal with bad days. Those days never goes forever, always come back, sometimes with more significant force. You can choose to become stronger and braver or to hide. But, my friend, if you start hiding once, you will do it forever.

Take the hard way, face your bad days and find ways to get stronger, get some help from family, friends, books, whenever you can. If you can admit, that you are weak, you have the potential to become strong.

If when you were a kid someone told you that you need to fall at least 1000 times before you start walking, you had never learned to walk.

Damn, sometimes I want so hard to be a kid again.

Builders or Destroyers

Builders are those people that are organized and take care of everything they can. If they come to a new place, then their eyes are running to find things that they can improve and repair. They always are open to help and seek new opportunities to connect and evolve. There is no way to say that builders are born, in the childhood parents teach them how to build and be useful and in the maturity, they understand how important is to change and contribute to the transformation of the world they live.

A quote that characterizes them: ”Leave this world a better place, day by day.”

Destroyers are all those that do the opposite.

We live a hard life, or it could be worse, but we live somehow, and it’s not logic to make our survival harder. People that seek the chance to improve things are those that will save this world and will leave this place a better place for their children.

What will you choose?

Chemistry

Chemistry is the complex emotional or psychological interaction between people.

Usually appears between family members, friends or team players.

It creates the magic that gives you the power to understand a person without words. For me its very important to develop the right chemistry and to connect with people.

Daily we create or destroy the chemistry, and the good fact is that when we develop it, we have the chance to make something big or to help someone. We live in a world that is not anymore about ”me” or ”you,” its about ”us.”

We need to connect more, create chemistry, help each other, vote for the synergy and solve challenging issues we face nowadays.

The act is more important than talking. Make the right choice.

Top skills

What will move you to the top?

The skills.

Only that?

No.

Also, this.

The people, actions, readings, family, traveling, asking questions, investing wisely, being brave, taking courage, share the knowledge, being focused, starting now, taking control, reprograming your behaviors, loving yourself, giving love to others, leading from the back, being authentic, stop complaining, never-ending curiosity.

What else?

Moving forward, do your homework, never stop running, write a book, speak with others, super-serve good people, leave this world a better place, listen and never judge, be an example for others, develop, be water, using no way as a way, having no limitation as limitation.

In the end is an adding game, that will end only when you will decide, that’s enough.

Keep the heads up you are not alone.

Why ”rest” should be a priority

There are a lot of busy days when we push hard and obtain a lot of good results. We are proud and we think that the energy level should be always high. The paradox is that the new tasks will never stop. Even if we have a very good planning process with help of tools like Trello and Google Calendar, we will have a lot of urgencies that will need our immediate attention. In such a rhythm we can overwork soon, but why we continue to push so hard?

Why the idea of pushing our limits is so tempting? Maybe, because of all self-help books that want to inspire us but forget to give us tools that can really help understand our deep fears and problems. They are like fresh showers that give us a fresh breath of energy that will not last for so long. If we will not solve the deep issues then often we will fall and overwork.

The work is an activity that guarantee our surviving and contribution to family and community development. We work to live but we don’t live to work. That’s why we should also think about rest because they go hand in hand. In the beginning, we had a lot of time to rest but or priorities changed when we wanted more and more. In US people have only 2 weeks of vacation in one year, that’s a very short period for having a normal recovery. In Moldova, we have 4 weeks of vacation and more free days because of official holidays and people still don’t know how to manage their recovery period.

Why do we think that we should get better at work but the rest isn’t a priority? When will we make a priority that will put recovery time on the same level as our most important task? Someone said that we can push for no more than 3 hours in a raw to be productive and efficient. What if we will have 15 minutes of totally recovery time between work periods?

I have felt many times that I push myself and I cant get a balance between work and rest, but I know for sure that I need to create a priority to rest more often and that will increase my productivity and efficiency. I just want to experiment more, let’s see how will go.
